You may use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes, unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with us permitting commercial use.

5. Educational Services
5.1 Session Types
Dantrok offers both group sessions and individual private lessons focused on street food specialties. Session availability, scheduling, and format are subject to change at our discretion.
5.2 Enrolment and Access
Enrolment in a session grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the relevant content for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Access rights do not extend beyond the stated period unless explicitly renewed.
5.3 Instructor Conduct
Instructors on our platform are expected to deliver content professionally and accurately. However, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Educational results depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and engagement.
5.4 Learning Paths
Personalised learning paths are provided as guidance tools. They are not contractual commitments to specific content sequences or timelines.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed purchases.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.
6.3 Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the relevant course or session content has been accessed. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these criteria. Refunds are not available for live sessions once they have commenced.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
All content on the Dantrok platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Dantrok and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used outside the platform without our prior written consent.
7.2 User-Submitted Content
If you submit content to the platform, such as comments, forum posts, or assignment work, you grant Dantrok a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of content you submit.
7.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by us freely without obligation or compensation to you.
8. Privacy

10.1 No Warranty

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dantrok and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dantrok and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately and without notice if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
15. Governing Terms
These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Dantrok regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
